Ms. Ranger worked closely with the Mass. Tech. Collaborative for three years to design and test a benchmarking system for green school projects in Massachusetts. The MA-CHPS high performance design guidelines provide the Commonwealth with a powerful tool for shaping future green school projects in the Commonwealth.
